Junior Developer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join our fast‑growing team in London. The role focuses on developing and optimising booking journeys for our clients, working in a hybrid environment with 1‑2 days per week onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and adapt website designs to meet specific client requirements.
• Work within an agile environment, managing changing priorities and multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and client‑facing teams.
• Support migration of client websites to our new booking journey platform.
• Build and develop new booking funnel journeys for clients.
• Enhance existing booking journeys with new features, layouts, and functionality.
• Support and implement A/B tests to improve user experience and conversion performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and leverage new tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Apply a commercial mindset to development decisions, understanding conversion optimisation and broader business objectives.

• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Good CSS skills.
• Good JavaScript knowledge.
• Solid understanding of WordPress.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS (desirable).
• Experience using Gutenberg blocks within WordPress (desirable).
• Familiarity with website testing, analytics, or conversion rate optimisation (desirable).
• Experience with A/B testing.
