About the role

Join Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions as a Junior Digital Marketing Manager, supporting the omnichannel team to drive impactful media campaigns and enhance the digital customer journey across our consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency partners to plan and execute omnichannel media campaigns, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and effective audience targeting.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, focusing on digital KPIs beyond ROAS and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Identify high‑performing content, brief agencies and creators, and manage organic and paid social media execution.
• Optimise D2C product pages and landing pages to improve conversion and engagement based on data‑driven insights.
• Work cross‑functionally with local, regional and global teams to share best practices and position the market as a benchmark in digital marketing.
• Lead social media platform management, SEO initiatives and influencer strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of both organic and paid media, campaign setup and optimisation levers.
