Junior Digital Site Merchandiser (E‑commerce)

About the role

Join Vivienne Westwood’s e‑commerce team as a Junior Digital Site Merchandiser, supporting the online presentation of our iconic fashion collections. You will work from our London office in a hybrid setting, helping to drive revenue through effective product merchandising and promotional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute product assortment rules in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Business Manager, ensuring accurate categorisation, images, and availability.
• Assist with visual merchandising of product listing pages (PLP) and product detail pages (PDP) to align with sales strategy and launch calendars.
• Maintain price books, export product data, and monitor inventory feeds for accuracy across all storefronts.
• Apply manual HTML updates where required and resolve inventory‑related site errors.
• Support the rollout of onsite campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities, including custom attribute configuration.
• Monitor and report on key web metrics such as conversion rates, click‑through rates, and search performance.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Platform.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to merchandising.
• Understanding of staging environments and basic web design concepts.
