About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Dispatch Coordinator to join our busy logistics team in Wokingham. The role is office‑based, operating Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30, and offers a clear pathway into a career in logistics, transport and distribution.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload vans and trucks safely and efficiently.
- Plan routes and schedule deliveries for company vehicles.
- Pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Book external couriers and overnight delivery services.
- Liaise with couriers and the sales team, providing updates, delivery information and quotations.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive and flexible approach to tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary between £25,000 and £27,000 per year.
