Junior Editorial Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Editorial Marketing Coordinator to join a growing digital editorial team. The role offers the chance to develop a career in content marketing, digital communications and audience engagement while working in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote editorial and educational content across social media, email and digital platforms.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns for webinars, podcasts, videos, online learning programmes and events.
• Manage content calendars, schedule and optimise posts on multiple social media channels.
• Create and distribute regular email communications linked to promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, analysing engagement data to inform future content.
• Assist the editorial team with content publishing, project deadlines and event‑related activities.

Required profile

• Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Background in Marketing, Communications, Publishing, Journalism, Humanities, Digital Media or Project Coordination.
• Experience in social media management, email marketing, content creation or campaign coordination is advantageous but not essential.
