Junior Electrician – Renewable Energy Systems

About the role
We are looking for a qualified Junior Electrician to join a close‑knit renewable services company, working on commercial‑scale solar PV, air‑source heat pumps and energy storage projects across Cornwall and Devon.
Key responsibilities
- Install solar panels and other renewable energy products on commercial sites.
- Maintain and repair solar PV systems and related renewable equipment.
- Carry out post‑installation and commissioning checks to ensure smooth operation.
- Travel to company sites across Cornwall and Devon as required.
Required profile
- Qualified electrician holding an 18‑edition (or equivalent) certification.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Based near Liskeard or able to commute to the South West region.
Required skills
- Solar PV installation.
- Electrical wiring and circuit testing.
- Maintenance of renewable energy systems (solar, heat pumps, storage).
