Junior Engineering Geologist – Fast Progression

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Engineering Geologist to join a well‑established ground investigation service provider. The role offers a clear fast‑track progression path to senior and project engineer levels, with funded training and leadership coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Support geotechnical and site investigation projects across rail, energy and highways sectors.
• Assist with borehole drilling, groundwater installations, CBR testing, soakaways, concrete coring and structural investigations.
• Travel to sites as required and work 45 hours per week plus overtime.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver high‑quality investigation data.

Required profile

• Engineering geology qualification with at least 1 year post‑study experience.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute to Milton Keynes.
• Motivation to develop quickly within a growing business.
