Junior Export Control Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Export Control Officer to join Bosch’s Export Control Compliance Organisation supporting Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland. Reporting to the Export Control Officer Country Lead, you will help deliver export‑control and sanctions compliance activities while following a structured professional development programme.

Key responsibilities

• Support the review and assessment of export‑control, sanctions and regulatory compliance matters across the business.
• Assist with due‑diligence, screening and compliance reviews of customers, suppliers, distributors and third parties.
• Help conduct risk assessments related to end‑use, end‑user, sanctions, diversion and other export‑control risks.
• Maintain compliance records such as End User Certificates, due‑diligence files, screening results, approvals and audit documentation.
• Contribute to the review of commercial agreements and contractual provisions to ensure compliance with export‑control requirements.

Required profile

• Background in compliance, legal, audit, governance, risk management, regulatory affairs, due‑diligence or business law.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a global team.
• Motivated to develop a specialist career in international trade compliance.
• No prior export‑control experience required; training will be provided.
