Junior Field Service Engineer – High Security Locks

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Field Service Engineer to join a leading provider of high‑security lock systems. You will receive security clearance from day one and full training to become a specialist in installing, servicing and maintaining critical locking solutions for prestigious clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair high‑security lock systems at client sites across the UK, Europe and occasional global locations.
• Produce accurate written reports and feedback for the office team after each visit.
• Attend client meetings to discuss requirements and provide technical advice.
• Travel to project sites using a company van and fuel card, adhering to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Engineering background of any discipline.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Ability to obtain DV and SC security clearances.

Required skills

• SMSTS certification.
• Lock system installation and maintenance.
