Junior Finance Analyst – London

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Analyst to join a fast‑growing communications group in London. In this role you will support the commercial finance function, providing revenue insight and ensuring accurate billing for a portfolio of high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate revenue forecasts and recognise revenue across the client base.
• Own the purchase order and billing tracker, collaborating with account teams and AR to ensure timely invoicing.
• Perform project reconciliations and commercial analysis to keep the business on track.
• Manage work‑in‑progress (WIP), timesheet reporting and support month‑end adjustments and audits.
• Act as the first point of contact for billing queries, resolving issues quickly.

Required profile

• AAT qualification or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for daily interaction with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Solid bookkeeping knowledge.
