Junior Finance Assistant – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Assistant to join EC Markets’ finance team in London. This entry‑level position is ideal for a final‑year graduate who wants hands‑on experience in a regulated, multi‑asset trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process client transactions, reviewing and handling daily deposit and withdrawal requests accurately.
• Organise, categorise and maintain financial records to ensure easy accessibility and regulatory compliance.
• Support bookkeeping activities, including data entry and performing financial reconciliations.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese acceptable).
• High attention to detail, strong organisational and execution abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
