Junior Fitness Coach

About the role

As an AD Fitness Coach you will work closely with the team to deliver exceptional service, experience and results for our clients. This full‑time position involves coaching individuals and groups, supporting their training and nutrition goals, and contributing to a positive gym environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised strength and conditioning programmes to clients.
• Deliver high‑quality personal training sessions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with senior coaches to ensure consistent service standards.
• Maintain a safe and motivating workout environment.

Required profile

• Passion for training, nutrition and helping people achieve their goals.
• Enthusiastic, hard‑working and eager to learn from experienced coaches.
• Well‑organised, punctual and a strong team player.
• Ambitious to build a long‑term career in the fitness industry.

Required skills

• Strength & conditioning coaching.
