Junior Full Stack Web Developer – Europe

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Web Developer to own end‑to‑end delivery of web initiatives for our European markets. You will translate business goals into measurable KPIs, plan sprints, run experiments and collaborate with cross‑functional squads to improve campaign performance. The position is based in London with a hybrid work model and close cooperation with teams across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of full‑stack web projects, from planning through execution and optimisation.
• Convert business objectives into KPI trees, sprint priorities and weekly action plans.
• Design and run structured experiments, documenting results to guide scaling decisions.
• Coordinate with creative, technical and operational teams to align dependencies.
• Maintain QA discipline, produce clear reports and provide leadership‑ready status updates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience delivering full‑stack web solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with PHP, MySQL and front‑end integration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in cross‑functional environments.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with comfort analysing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Proactive ownership mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
