About the role

Join SAMY as a Junior Global Creative, driving social‑first ideas from concept through execution while collaborating across strategy, accounts, production and influencer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own creative workstreams from concept to execution, turning briefs into social‑first ideas.
• Develop campaign concepts, editorial, influencer and integrated content that fit platform behaviours and creator culture.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Accounts, Production and Influencer teams, contributing to workshops and ideation sessions.
• Present creative work to clients, incorporate feedback and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior creatives and contribute to award‑worthy work and regional/global projects.

Required profile

• Experience developing original creative concepts and social‑first campaigns in a creative or digital agency.
• Background working on influencer marketing projects with an understanding of multi‑platform translation.
• Exposure to international or multi‑market projects and a culturally aware mindset.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating original ideas and, preferably, award‑winning work.
