Junior Graphic Designer – Marketing

About the role

IMG is seeking an ambitious Junior Graphic Designer to support marketing and commercial projects across its global sports portfolio. Working closely with senior designers and cross‑functional teams, you will help translate strategic ideas into compelling visual assets for pitches, campaigns, and presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing pitch decks, presentations and campaign materials for commercial and partnership initiatives.
• Transform strategy and insights into editorial graphics and visual storytelling.
• Contribute creative concepts for brand activations, campaigns and experiential projects.
• Maintain consistency across visual identities, templates and design systems.
• Create and adapt assets for digital, social, presentation and print formats.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and account teams to deliver high‑quality creative work.
• Experiment with AI‑driven design tools such as Flora, Runway, Nano Banana and generative design techniques.

Required profile

• Junior‑level designer with a strong interest in sports, culture and entertainment.
• Ambitious and ideas‑driven, able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective collaborator who can work closely with marketing, sports management and business development teams.
• Detail‑oriented and committed to delivering visually striking, strategically effective work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑driven design tools (e.g., Flora, Runway, Nano Banana).
• Experience in generative design techniques.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals for digital, social, presentation and print media.
