Junior Graphic Designer – Retail Brand (Manchester)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join a well‑established UK e‑commerce and retail brand. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will help produce visual content that brings the brand to life across digital and print touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Creative Manager in delivering high‑quality creative work on time and to brief.
• Design digital marketing assets for websites, CRM emails, social media and digital advertising.
• Assist with image editing, retouching, resizing and updating existing assets.
• Create simple animations, GIFs and motion graphics for campaigns.
• Produce printed materials such as packaging, swing tags, POS displays and branded merchandise.
• Maintain accurate filing, version control and timely delivery of artwork.
• Ensure brand consistency across all outputs and collaborate with wider marketing teams.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography and branding skills.
• Understanding of both digital and print design principles.
