Junior Graphic Designer – Retail Brand – Up to £25k

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join a well‑established UK e‑commerce and retail brand. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will help create visual content for digital and print channels, supporting the brand across every customer touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Manager in delivering high‑quality creative work on time and to brief.
• Design digital marketing assets for websites, CRM emails, social media (organic and paid) and digital advertising.
• Edit, retouch, resize and update existing images and creative assets.
• Create simple animations, GIFs and motion graphics for campaigns.
• Support the design and production of printed materials such as packaging, swing tags, POS displays and merchandise.
• Maintain accurate filing, version control and timely delivery of artwork.
• Ensure brand consistency across all outputs and collaborate with marketing and creative teams.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout, typography and branding.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Experience creating motion graphics, GIFs and basic animations.
• Good understanding of both digital and print design principles.
