Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of cases, including creditors' voluntary liquidations and administrations, from inception to closure.
  • Monitor case progression and ensure all statutory deadlines and legal requirements are met.
  • Draft and dispatch professional correspondence to various stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, creditors, and other key parties.
  • Conduct investigations into the conduct of company directors.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks to support the insolvency process.
  • Work closely under the guidance of a Manager and in collaboration with Senior Administrators.
