Junior Insurance Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Insurance Advisor to join our friendly team in Poole. This full‑time, permanent position offers comprehensive training and the chance to start a career in the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients with their insurance needs and guide them through policy options.
• Provide administrative support, manage client records and keep systems up to date.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques and regulations.
• Assist with policy renewals, amendments and claims processing.
• Work towards KPI sales targets while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in a career in insurance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Team‑player mindset and a customer‑focused approach.
• Basic computer literacy and a good standard of education (GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths).
