Junior IT Support Specialist

About the role
Singletrack is looking for an enthusiastic Junior IT Support Specialist to join our growing support team in central London. This full‑time, hybrid position offers the chance to develop your technical skills while providing first‑line assistance to internal users.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line service desk support for hardware, software and network issues.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops and peripherals.
- Deploy and update software applications across the organisation.
- Perform proactive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
Required profile
- Minimum A‑Levels (or equivalent) with an IT focus.
- Foundational IT experience gained through internships, work placements or similar.
- Strong desire to learn and progress in a technology‑focused environment.
- Based in London and able to work on‑site 2‑3 days per week.
