Junior IT Technician – Hospitality Support

About the role

We are looking for a Junior IT Technician to provide hands‑on technical support across multiple hotel and hospitality sites. You will maintain local IT infrastructure, resolve hardware and connectivity issues, and ensure all systems run smoothly to support daily business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support for all IT‑related issues across hotel properties.
• Onboard users and install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, phones, printers, hotel kiosks, and POS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve networking, connectivity, CCTV, and guest‑services technology problems.
• Collaborate with the central IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide on‑site assistance for hotel events or technical rollouts as needed.
• Document issues, fixes, and changes made to local systems.
• Maintain professionalism and high‑level customer service with all staff and departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or technician role.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Windows administration.
• Strong understanding of desktop hardware, basic networking, and Windows environments.
• Hands‑on experience with printers, VoIP phones, POS systems, and CCTV equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to support non‑technical users.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not essential.
