Junior Leasing & Lettings Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Leasing & Lettings Consultant to support a well‑established private landlord across South‑West, West and North‑West London. You will manage the full leasing journey – from initial lead through to signed lease – while liaising with property managers, the leasing team and prospective tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Let and lease residential properties, ranging from studio apartments to freehold houses.
• Achieve agreed leasing targets and aim for zero voids each financial year.
• Update property listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket.
• Prepare flats for viewings, including new video and photography for virtual tours.
• Respond to enquiries via the CRM, arrange viewings and close deals.
• Provide weekly updates to the team on progress and market feedback.

Required profile

• Previous client‑facing experience in leasing or lettings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work quickly and flexibly.
• Motivation to contribute to business growth and achieve CPI rental growth targets.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday 9:00‑18:00 and Saturdays 9:00‑16:00 (with a weekday day‑off).

What we offer

• Basic salary £25,000‑£28,000 per annum.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) £35,000‑£40,000 per annum.
