Junior Lettings Negotiator – Clapham

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Lettings Negotiator to join a fast‑growing, award‑winning property team in Clapham. The role involves supporting landlords and tenants throughout the letting process while delivering a high‑standard, customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer general enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords.
• Conduct property viewings and provide timely feedback to landlords.
• Assist tenants through the referencing and application process.
• Negotiate tenancy terms, complete paperwork and close deals.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, references and agreements.

Required profile

• Pro‑active, flexible and confident with a smart appearance.
• Ability to work independently and stay self‑motivated.
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
• Resilient and able to handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Full, valid UK or EU driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Good IT proficiency.

What we offer

• Basic salary £20,000 with OTE up to £45,000 per year.
• Company car and a full driving licence requirement.
• 5‑day week (Mon‑Fri 9am‑6pm) with occasional Saturdays.
