Junior Manager, Business Intelligence

About the role

This is an opportunity to join a growing Business Intelligence function at a pivotal stage of its development. You will help shape how reporting and dashboarding are delivered as the team scales across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve existing dashboards and reporting products.
• Support discovery work to assess current BI setups and implement enhancements.
• Build new dashboards for marketing performance metrics such as clicks, impressions and conversions.
• Onboard new client projects and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Improve templating approaches and contribute to future capabilities like forecasting.
• Incorporate broader client business data into reporting outputs.
• Deliver high‑quality, client‑ready dashboards and collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong experience in BI and dashboarding within a marketing or media environment.
• Proficiency with Looker or Google Data Studio and exposure to Power BI.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery.
• Experience handling marketing performance data and delivering actionable insights.
• Interest in AI applications to reporting and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder requests.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach.
