Junior Menswear Designer – Apparel & Graphics

About the role

This full‑time, head‑office based position in Manchester offers a junior designer the chance to work on two iconic streetwear brands, Ed Hardy and AND1. You will support the creation of seasonal collections, from research and concept development through sampling and final product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing seasonal streetwear and lifestyle‑sportswear collections for both brands.
• Conduct trend forecasting and translate insights into forward‑thinking concepts that respect each brand’s identity.
• Create and update garment CADs, colourways, artwork files and technical packs.
• Support sampling and product development, collaborating closely with the design and product development teams in China.
• Help develop seasonal ranges, including colour palettes, fabrics, trims and presentation materials.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Ed Hardy and AND1 to ensure authenticity and relevance.
• Work cross‑functionally with creative, commercial and operational teams across global offices.

Required profile

• 1 year of experience in menswear design, preferably within streetwear.
• Strong creative ability in apparel design with knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and trims.
• Confident graphic design skills, able to create prints and artwork that translate onto garments.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communicator who can take direction, respond to feedback and collaborate within a team.
