Junior Paraplanner (Hybrid Working)

About the role

Our client, a market‑leading financial planning organisation, is seeking a Junior Paraplanner to support senior staff and develop paraplanning expertise. This hybrid role offers exposure to the full financial planning process and structured training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and lower‑level paraplanning support to Senior Paraplanners and Financial Planners.
• Assist in preparing financial planning documentation, suitability reports and client meeting materials.
• Conduct research and analysis as required for client recommendations.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure client requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Develop technical knowledge through on‑the‑job experience and formal training.

Required profile

• Some experience in financial services, preferably within an IFA, financial planning or wealth management environment.
• Exposure to paraplanning or financial planning administration duties.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Professional, client‑focused attitude with a willingness to study for further qualifications.
• Interest in building a long‑term career in financial planning.
