Junior Paraplanner – Remote, Wealth Management

About the role

This is a fully remote Junior Paraplanner position within an established independent financial planning practice. You will support an experienced Financial Adviser, gaining exposure to wealth management and the paraplanning process while developing a long‑term career path toward financial advice.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability reports and recommendation packs for clients.
• Assist with report writing and technical documentation.
• Support the paraplanning workflow and process new business.
• Maintain and update client records and prepare annual review documentation.
• Liaise with clients and external providers.
• Provide high‑quality administrative support to the advisory team.
• Attend client meetings as experience grows.

Required profile

• Experience in financial planning administration or junior paraplanning.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• Desire to develop knowledge in financial planning.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to study for or have completed the Level 4 Diploma (RO exams).
• Commitment to a long‑term career with progression opportunities.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £35,000–£45,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Fully remote working with a Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:00 schedule and early finish on Fridays.
