Junior Power Platform Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Power Platform & AI Developer to join our technology team. The role is ideal for a candidate with at least two years of commercial experience who enjoys building business applications, automating processes, creating insightful reports, and exploring AI opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven) to solve business challenges.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and optimise automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
• Write and maintain T‑SQL queries, manage tables, views and stored procedures in SQL Server.
• Explore and prototype AI‑enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder and Azure AI Services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in a development‑focused role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
