Junior Private Banker – London

About the role

The Junior Banker will support the Private Bank team in delivering high‑quality client service, assisting with strategic initiatives and helping to grow the UK Private Bank Cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service alongside Private Bankers and support the Team Leader on strategic projects.
• Assist in marketing and prospecting activities to generate new leads.
• Support bankers with reporting, regulatory compliance and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with CSOs, product specialists and transaction support to execute client decisions.
• Maintain client information, call reports and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Facilitate account opening and ensure completion of mandatory documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and account reviews to understand client needs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in Private Banking, preferably covering the UHNW market.
• Proactive, initiative‑driven with strong relationship‑selling track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across hierarchical levels.
• Qualified to IAD Level 4 or equivalent, with up‑to‑date SPS certification.
