Junior Private Client & HNW Account Handler

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Private Client & High‑Net‑Worth (HNW) Account Handler to join a specialist insurance broker in London. You will support senior colleagues in servicing affluent clients with bespoke insurance solutions for fine art, heritage assets and high‑value personal possessions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in broking, administration and renewal of insurance policies covering fine art collections, household contents and specialist risks.
• Obtain renewal quotations, process mid‑term adjustments and ensure policy documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Maintain detailed client records and support risk analysis for high‑value exposures.
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters and clients to facilitate smooth service delivery.
• Participate in networking events, gallery openings and client meetings to build relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Support claims handling when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in insurance client account management, underwriting assistance or broker support, preferably within the high‑net‑worth segment.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Motivated, ambitious and eager to develop a long‑term career in insurance.
