Junior Product Manager

About the role

The Junior Product Manager will support the Product Management function across the product lifecycle, assisting with voice‑of‑customer activities, OEM development, business case preparation and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support product lifecycle activities, including coordination of new and existing product initiatives and maintenance of product information.
• Gather and analyse voice‑of‑customer feedback, market insights and pricing data to inform business cases and commercial decisions.
• Assist OEM development projects, track actions and deadlines, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare project status updates, manage documentation, and ensure product change‑control processes are followed.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across multiple business functions.
