Junior Product Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Product Specialist to join a fast‑growing, innovative business in the UK. You will become the technical champion for a portfolio of connected solutions, supporting customers, partners and internal teams while gathering market feedback to shape future product development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical product support to commercial teams, including tender responses.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with development teams to convey customer and market requirements.
• Assist with product launches, coordinate training initiatives and create launch materials.
• Gather and analyse market, customer and competitor insights.
• Support product testing, validation and field trials.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IoT or a related field.
• Experience in a product specialist, technical support, pre‑sales or similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of technical products and ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, customer‑focused and eager to learn.
