Junior Product Specialist – Revit

About the role

Kinship is building a content‑management and project‑tracking platform for Revit that AEC firms love to use. As a Junior Product Specialist you will ensure the tools not only look great but also work reliably for architects, engineers and BIM managers.

Key responsibilities

• Test new product features from concept through to final quality assurance.
• Respond to customer help tickets, resolve issues quickly and keep users supported.
• Create support content and documentation to help customers succeed with Kinship.
• Learn the Revit ecosystem and the broader AEC industry.

Required profile

• Experience providing technical support, either professionally or informally.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly in plain English.
• Quick learner who can become proficient in new technologies.
• Interest or exposure to architecture, engineering or construction is a plus.
