About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Production Assistant to join our creative team in central London. This full‑time position is ideal for an up‑and‑coming coordinator who has experience as a Runner or Junior Producer and wants to develop their production skills.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain production schedules, call sheets, and movement orders.
- Organise travel, accommodation and equipment logistics.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, manage budgets and track costs.
- Act as a point of contact between teams, departments and stakeholders, relaying information and feedback.
- Identify and resolve minor on‑set issues to keep production on track.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Runner or Junior Producer.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work five days a week on‑site in central London.
