Junior Project Manager (Excellent Training)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join a well‑established MEP company in the South West. The role is office‑based with occasional client site visits and offers a fully funded training programme that will qualify you as an Electrical Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior project managers in planning and delivering building‑services projects.
• Assist with preparing project documentation, schedules and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors during site visits.
• Maintain project records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or junior engineer with an electrical, construction or facilities background.
• Strong motivation to develop a career in project management.
• Valid UK driver’s licence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering knowledge.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
