Junior Property Manager

About the role

Willow London Living Ltd is a fast‑growing guaranteed‑rent provider managing residential properties across London. We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Property Manager to support day‑to‑day operations in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attend property visits for inspections, check‑ins/check‑outs and ad‑hoc checks.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and clients.
• Coordinate maintenance works and repairs.
• Assist with compliance, documentation and property standards reporting.
• Respond to tenant issues and resolve problems efficiently.
• Support daily business operations and maintain accurate systems.
• Organise the property inspector’s diary and review inspection reports.
• Prepare vacant properties for let‑ready status.
• Handle utility‑related tasks and provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Professional and confident manner with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Basic IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Office.
• Experience in property management, lettings, estate agency or facilities coordination is a plus, but attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
