Junior Property Manager – Training Provided (South West London)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager to join a reputable property company in South West London. The role is designed as a trainee position with full training provided, offering a solid foundation in residential property management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties.
- Assist with day‑to‑day maintenance and coordinate repairs and works.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare, review and present quotations to clients.
- Maintain accurate property files and ensure compliance documentation is up‑to‑date.
- Respond to tenancy issues and support compliance audits.
- Build strong, one‑to‑one relationships with managed clients.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Professional and confident demeanor.
- Proactive, positive attitude with good problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
