Junior Proposals Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Proposals Manager to support a well‑established construction business in delivering high‑quality pre‑qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tender submissions and client presentations. Working closely with the bid, pre‑construction and technical teams, you will help coordinate the entire proposal process and ensure every submission meets the required standards and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track proposal responses across multiple projects.
• Review tender documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Develop clear, client‑focused content for PQQs, tenders and presentations.
• Collaborate with bid, pre‑construction and technical teams to gather necessary information.
• Maintain high quality and consistency across all submissions and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to develop a career in bids and proposals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is advantageous.
