Key responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Handle supplier queries in a professional manner
• Prepare payment runs
• Maintain accurate financial records and support ad‑hoc finance tasks

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
• Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts administration is desirable but not essential
• Eagerness to develop within a finance team
