Junior Quality Manager (Full Training Provided)

About the role
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Quality Engineer or Technician to step into a management position with full training. You will become the direct line manager for engineers, oversee the Quality Management System and manage a key client account.
Key responsibilities
- Receive full training into management and the business.
- Act as the direct line manager for the engineering team.
- Oversee and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage relationships with the company’s key client.
- Handle the business’s key account and other varied managerial duties.
Required profile
- Motivated to progress into a management role.
- Background as a Quality Engineer, Technician or similar.
- Valid UK driver’s licence.
