Junior Real Estate Solicitor – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking a junior Real Estate Solicitor to join our high‑performing Leeds team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career lawyer to work on large‑scale commercial property transactions for FTSE 100 and regional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and occasionally lead on acquisitions and disposals of investment properties and portfolios.
• Handle landlord‑tenant and asset‑management matters.
• Support development and regeneration projects.
• Provide corporate real‑estate support.
• Collaborate closely with client account teams and build lasting relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial real estate.
• Strong technical grounding in core property law.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset.
• Eagerness to develop technically and nurture long‑term client relationships.
