Junior Recruitment Associate – Apprenticeship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team of six in Bishop's Stortford. This apprenticeship offers a fast‑track start to a recruitment career while you study for industry‑recognised qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the Recruiter Development Programme and earn Level 3 Certificate and NVQ in Recruitment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, interview and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer management, placement activities and business‑development initiatives.
• Help the branch achieve and exceed gross‑profit targets and deliver excellent sales performance.
• Utilise social media and digital platforms to attract talent and grow the recruitment desk.

Required profile

• Passionate about building relationships and helping people succeed.
• Driven by results, comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Committed to completing an 18‑month apprenticeship plus a 3‑month End Point Assessment.
