About the role

We are partnering with a leading UK property law firm that is expanding its Tunbridge Wells office. The firm seeks a Junior Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer to manage residential conveyancing matters while benefiting from cutting‑edge technology and a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing files from instruction through post‑completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders.
• Utilise the firm’s market‑leading conveyancing technology to ensure efficient transactions.
• Deliver high‑quality client care and maintain smooth progress of each transaction.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
• Desire to develop a career in a technology‑driven, client‑focused firm.

Required skills
