Junior Sales Assistant – Part‑time Remote

About the role

Cellar Maison is seeking a reliable part‑time Sales Assistant to help keep its sales pipeline moving. Working remotely with occasional office support, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and project data.
• Follow up on new and existing leads, chasing outstanding quotes and project updates.
• Compose and send emails to clients, architects, designers, suppliers and contractors.
• Make basic outbound calls to confirm enquiries and schedule appointments.
• Prepare and dispatch brochures, samples, portfolios and other sales materials.
• Book calls and meetings for the sales team and keep records up to date.
• Provide general sales administration support as needed.

Required profile

• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Confident communicator on email and phone, polite and professional.
• Proactive follow‑up without being pushy.
• Interest in interiors, design, luxury homes or construction.
• Reliable with a flexible, part‑time schedule.

Required skills

• Experience or willingness to use a CRM system.
