Junior Sales Executive

About the role

Railsr is looking for an energetic Junior Sales Executive to help grow its embedded finance platform. You will work closely with senior sales colleagues, generate new opportunities, and manage a small pipeline of prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts through regular check‑ins, usage reviews and strategic conversations.
• Qualify inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting across email, phone and social channels, and nurture warm prospects until they are ready for detailed commercial discussions.
• Use CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales engagement tools to track opportunities, report weekly activity and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with senior sales executives, the commercial team and marketing to share insights, support handovers and act as a brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, energetic and commercially minded with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward understanding customer problems.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales development, account executive or business development roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech or technology, with a proven ability to run discovery calls and progress deals with guidance.
