Junior Sales Executive – Tunbridge Wells

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join a dynamic, collaborative team in Tunbridge Wells. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with at least one year of sales, account management or business development experience who wants to grow their career in an innovative, multi‑sector environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research, network and farm new opportunities to build commercial relationships.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and follow‑ups.
• Understand client needs, upsell services and clearly communicate benefits.
• Maintain client information using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure smooth handover and long‑term partnership success.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Motivated, inquisitive, eager to learn and resilient.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
