Junior Service Engineer – Industrial Field Role

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Service Engineer with an industrial background to join a leading manufacturing solutions provider. You will travel across the UK and Northern Ireland, visiting factory sites to maintain and repair a variety of electric and mechanical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical machinery.
• Work on pneumatics, pumps, industrial fans and HVAC units.
• Diagnose faults, carry out problem‑solving and ensure equipment reliability.
• Liaise directly with customers and clients to understand their needs.
• Travel to sites using a company‑provided van, adhering to a 40‑hour week (9‑5, Monday‑Friday) with flexible hours.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Northern Ireland.
• Strong customer‑facing attitude and ability to work independently on site.
