Junior Store Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Store Designer to support the Head of Store Design & Development in creating vibrant retail environments across the UK and internationally. This role offers the chance to work on both new store concepts and refurbishment projects, ensuring our brand’s visual identity is consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and produce design intent drawing packs for stores, concessions and travel retail spaces, including fully noted drawings, elevations and details.
• Carry out measured site surveys of potential new locations.
• Maintain brand concepts across all store formats and ensure correct implementation.
• Collaborate with external architectural teams to develop construction drawing packs on schedule.
• Ensure designs comply with current health & safety guidelines.
• Liaise with international partners to provide design advice and support.
• Maintain standard detail packs for all design concepts.

Required profile

• Degree‑level qualification in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Efficient, productive and task‑focused work style.
• Experience working within a retail environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
