Junior Store Designer

About the role

As a Junior Store Designer you will help shape the future of Astrid & Miyu’s retail experience. Working closely with Creative, Retail and Project Management teams, you will turn concepts into premium, welcoming store environments that delight customers and meet commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design elevated, warm retail spaces that reflect the A&M brand and drive sales.
• Lead projects from concept through design development, documentation and delivery, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Produce mood boards, layouts, material palettes and detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCAD.
• Conduct site visits during construction to guarantee high‑standard execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Visual Merchandising, Brand Creative) and external partners (architects, suppliers, contractors) to maintain design intent.
• Research store locations, customer demographics, materials, competitors and emerging retail trends to inform design decisions.

Required profile

• Passion for retail design and a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects end‑to‑end while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
