Junior Technical Support Analyst – London (5 days onsite)

About the role

We are supporting a leading global organisation in London and are looking for a Junior Technical Support Analyst to join a busy enterprise technology team. The role is based on‑site in Canary Wharf (5 days a week) and offers the chance to work with a large Microsoft estate in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows and Active Directory.
• Manage and resolve incidents, requests and service tickets using ServiceNow.
• Assist with hardware deployment, onboarding and asset management activities.
• Support user account administration and access requests.
• Collaborate with UK and international colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the support function.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role.
• Experience working within an enterprise or corporate IT environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
• Understanding of ITIL principles is beneficial.
